Return your item using the returns label in the packaging and mail your product to: MOɅM, PO Box 262, Caerphilly, CF83 9SF

However, in order to receive a full refund please ensure:

* You are returning your item/s within 14 days of receiving your order.

* To be eligible for a full refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it.

* All goods must be in the original packaging with all labels and with its free gift if applicable.
( Should you fail to return the free gifts a charge of £6 will be made off your refund).

* You enclose your receipt/ proof of purchase that came with your order. At the very least we require your name address and account number.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that returns once received at our warehouse can take up to 3 days to process, once processed your refund should be back in your bank within 3-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
